Welcoming Reception

The conference will open with a lively reception in the garden of the Architecture Amphitheater, right at the heart of the conference venue. Delegates will be welcomed with an open buffet accompanied by live jazz music performances from METU student communities, offering a first-hand glimpse into the vibrant campus culture. This evening is the perfect opportunity to meet fellow participants, enjoy good food, and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of METU.
The Welcoming Reception is complimentary for all registered participants.
Gala Dinner

Location: Uludağ Kebap Restaurant

Departure: 18:30 from METU Campus (venue), by bus
On Thursday evening, we invite you to join the Gala Dinner at Uludağ Kebap, a well-known restaurant where delegates will experience the rich flavors of Turkish cuisine. The evening will take place by the poolside, combining delicious food, warm conversations, and a relaxed atmosphere.
The Gala Dinner is included in the registration fee. Transportation will be provided from the conference venue.
Closing Event
Date: Friday, 5 September 2025
Time: 19:30 onwards
Location: Pool Pub, Çayyolu

We will conclude the conference with an informal and fun gathering at Pool Pub in Çayyolu. Set around the poolside, this casual evening will be filled with music, drinks, and the chance to play darts or billiards while celebrating the end of an inspiring conference week.
The Closing Event is optional. Each participant is responsible for their own transportation and expenses.
